I have been re-inspired by Ruth (with whom I did my original teacher training) and Dawn's teaching at the beautiful Dev Aura in Lincolnshire last Sunday. I have re-discovered my love of the individual asana, rather like seeing the beauty of a single flower or blade of grass while still admiring the beauty of the complete landscape you have found them in.
Ruth's teaching is firm, nurturing and true to her Iyengar roots. Dawn's teaching is also rooted firmly in the Iyengar lineage with fresh, insightful, light observation of each asana.
