For the most part we tend to think of ourselves in physical terms. However we are becoming more and more aware that we are more than just physical beings and are beginning to experience that we interact with the world from a deeper level. 

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan brings us an understanding that we are at least ten bodies made up of the physical body, three mental bodies and six energy bodies. And that ill health and unhappiness first exists in one of these spiritual or energy bodies before it shows up physically. 

Kundalini Yoga is a way to work on all Ten Bodies simultaneously bringing health and harmony to all levels of our existence

Please wear white or light colour clothing, avoid a heavy meal before the class and as always, the yoga will be practised in bare feet. This course is suitable for both Men & Women

GONG BATH

The Gong is used Kundalini Yoga during relaxation and is a powerful tool for dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, fears and phobias as well as many health issues. 

Commonly known as a Gong Bath, the sacred sounds of the Gong clear blockages in your energy channels strengthening your nervous and immune systems, enhancing your awareness and intuition and generally promoting relaxation and inner peace

VENUE: All classes are at Royal Russell School located at the top of Coombe Lane in Croydon, Surrey. 
Easily accessible by train to East Croydon with a 10 minute tram ride from the station to Coombe Lane.

The school is directly opposite the tram stop and equally convenient by car, being approximately 10 minutes drive from central croydon with ample free parking available on site. The hall is light and airy in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter.
